Workout:

45 sec - jump rope regular bounce - 1/4lb rope
45 sec - jumping jacks
45 sec - jump rope boxer skip 1/2lb rope
45 sec - speed skaters + front lunges
45 sec - jump rope fast skip 1/4 lb rope
45 sec - plank

*rest 15 seconds between each exercise
*rest 1 min after each circuit
**complete 3-6 circuits total
